Analyze360 Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Analyze360’s website, iOS app, AI tools, calculators, and related services (together, the “Service”). It describes how we handle information when you use any of these.

2. Company Information

The Service is operated by Grand Peak Systems LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The product is Analyze360.

3. Information Collected

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Name, email address, and phone number.
• Account identifiers and authentication information.
• Property and physical addresses.
• Property values, income, expenses, loans, assets, debts, and calculator inputs.
• Precise or approximate location when you use location features.
• Uploaded photos, documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, and profile images.
• AI prompts, conversations, generated responses, drawings, and attached context.
• Property searches and search history.
• Subscription status and purchase history. When Stripe processes payment, Analyze360 does not receive complete payment-card details.
• Product interaction and feature-usage information.
• Device and browser information, IP address, screen size, language, and identifiers.
• Crash reports, performance information, and diagnostic data.
• Feedback, support requests, comments, and their attachments.

4. How Information Is Collected

We collect information in the following ways:

• Directly from you when you provide it.
• Automatically through cookies, logs, and analytics as you use the Service.
• From device permissions such as location, camera, and photos when you grant them.
• From connected authentication providers.
• From property, market, and public-data providers.

5. How Information Is Used

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and secure accounts.
• Provide calculators, portfolio management, reports, and property analysis.
• Personalize results and AI responses.
• Process uploaded files and generate the analysis you request.
• Manage subscriptions and feature access.
• Provide support and service communications.
• Monitor performance, prevent fraud, and fix errors.
• Analyze feature usage and improve Analyze360.
• Comply with legal obligations.

6. AI Processing

When you use AI features, your prompts, uploaded content, property details, and financial context may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate the results you request. We currently use Anthropic for AI processing, and may use other AI or search providers as the Service evolves.

Please do not upload information you are not authorized to share. AI providers process this content under their own terms and privacy practices, which may include retaining data for their own purposes; we do not control and cannot guarantee how each provider handles content it receives.

7. Service Providers

We rely on third-party service providers to operate the Service. These include:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and storage.
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery.
• Stripe — web subscription and payment processing.
• Anthropic — AI processing.
• PostHog — product analytics.
• Sentry — crash and performance monitoring.
• Mapbox and ipapi — maps and location services.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Google — optional authentication.
• Property and market-data providers such as ATTOM, RentCast, Walk Score, Census, HUD, and FRED, where applicable.

We require service providers that process personal information for us to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law and to process it only for authorized purposes.

8. Selling, Advertising, and Tracking

Analyze360 does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use PostHog and Sentry for analytics and diagnostics, not for targeted advertising.

9. Retention and Deletion

We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Deleting your account removes your account data from our active systems, subject to security backups, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal retention requirements. Provider logs and backups may remain until their normal retention periods expire.

11. Security, Children, and International Processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Analyze360 is not directed to children under 13. Your information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers.

12. Policy Changes and Contact

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will communicate them through an in-app notice and/or by updating the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
